**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**

This role is a key supporting leadership role for the Head of IT Performance and Architecture and will primarily work with Stakeholders throughout the business on a frequent basis. You will be instrumental in helping, supporting and occasionally participating with Solution Architects to make appropriate and Agile focused designs, but with a specific technology domain focus on Application Architecture in particular. You will also
- Be responsible for defining and designing key aspects of AA future state Technology
- Facilitate workshops to determine Architecture content from internal and external sources across a wider and diverse set of business communities.
- Be a Subject-Matter Expert for Stakeholder questions related to the roadmaps, current, and future state Architecture.
- Assess feasibility and impact of project and business change by helping to trace proposed solution architecture and designs and the impact to the overall Enterprise Architecture
- Ensure stakeholder (Both business and IT) engagement is prioritised and effective throughout delivery
- Advise on the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of appropriate architectural standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to be / have
- Ability to grasp new business strategy, business plans, business requirements and associated concepts quickly
- Strengths in one or more of the following and a working knowledge of
- Application Architecture
- Information and Data Architecture
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Security Architecture
- Software Development
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture frameworks, and IT systems.
