**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accurate organization and accessibility of both physical and digital site files.
- Arrange and manage site meetings and inductions, fostering effective on-site communication.
- Keep subcontractor documents up to date, organized, and easily accessible.
- Assist with on-site administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

**About You**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Aconex or similar software.
- Strong time management, written and verbal communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Previous document control and construction project experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively initiate tasks and operate autonomously.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and completed site safe certification are required.
- Must have current right to work in New Zealand | Client is unable to provide sponsorship
