As a part of our clients Reception and Facilities support team, You will provide a best-in-class experience to all internal and external stakeholders. Main Duties - Providing best in class customer experience to all internal and external stakeholders - Ensuring all external visitors are assisted and understand One NZ’s Health & Safety requirements for Visitors. - Ensuring entrance and meeting rooms are always maintained to an excellent standard. - Supporting internal stakeholders with meeting rooms bookings and any other request that may be asked from time to time - Supporting Client Functions in a premier environment - General administrative duties - Supporting wider team with ad hoc tasks that may be required - Having an in-depth knowledge of local amenities - Accompanying clients to our meeting rooms when required - Adhering to both Canon’s and Client Health & Safety Standards **Key Requirements** - Proven experience in a similar role or retail/hospitality environment (minimum of 2 years) - Superior organisational skills, professional presentation and attention to detail - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Can work well within a diverse, high-energy team environment as well as autonomously - Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook - A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature **What We Offer** We believe in empowering our team members to reach their full potential.
