**Your day to day**
As a maintenance supervisor you will ensure that the Hotels equipment is operated in accordance with brand standard to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. Using your leadership skills and your winning ways you will promote the desired work culture and assist with any maintenance needs and projects of the Hotel to ensure guests experience a five star stay.

Key responsibilities include:

- Carry out scheduled inspections
- Respond to requests from departments throughout the day
- General building maintenance & repairs
- Investigate equipment for faults
- Assist the maintenance team where required

**What we need from you**
- 2 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills You will be building working relationships with people across the hotel team and interacting with guests
- Flexibility - you are required to be available for rotating shifts, including weekends.
