**Your day to day**
As a Housekeeping Supervisor - you’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests. You will supervise and provide leadership in the daily operation of the Housekeeping department including but not limited to; coordinating communication, laundry, uniform room, public areas, house people and room attendants. As part of your role, you will be required to inspect rooms to ensure product quality and brand standards are met and that meaningful service is provided to hotel guests. You will be working towards having the cleanest and best maintained product on the market whilst growing & developing both yourself and your team.
**What we need from you**:

- You'll have a great attitude and take pride in your work - You will be driven and have some prior leadership experience - You will be hardworking and able to do a physically demanding role. - A high level of attention to detail. - The ability to communicate and work effectively to assist in leading the team. - This role requires the successful applicant to have full availability and flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster - including weekends & public holidays.
