Opportunity for a Practice Care Team Lead to join a radiologist lead practice. In this role, you'll spearhead operational excellence by managing the Practice Care team, ensuring seamless business practices, and fostering growth through exceptional patient and referrer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support to the Practice Manager and Medical Director, overseeing business systems, documentation, and facility management.
- Efficiently manage rosters to ensure Reception and Bookings are appropriately staffed.
- Support, train, and develop the Practice Care team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, promoting collaboration and proactive problem-solving within the team.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing systems, processes, and patient flow.

**About You**:

- Proven leadership experience with a balanced, pragmatic approach.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others with a clear vision and sense of purpose.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- 3 years experience in Radiology.
