- Managing daily operations of the Shop and the daily workload.
- Ensure the working hours are always covered by staff.
- To Assist with all Management tasks on daily basis.
- To check and maintain stock levels and supplies.
- Ensure stock is merchandised in a manner that dated stock is always separate.
- Ensure that all business transactions are recorded.
- Provide the customer with best deal possible.
- Provide feedback to management for any marketing changes or products
- Promote good customer services
- Train and supervise junior staff as and when required.
- Ensure the store is always kept to a high cleaning standard.
