**What will you be doing?**

You’ll be given full training by the best in the business and have access to all the latest technology tools & systems, to enable you to uncover what most call hard to find skillsets.

The role of Talent Manager has evolved over the last few years and now seen as the most critical role in every recruitment business (our heart). This role allows you to be an instrumental playmaker in the recruitment process without worrying about sales. You can have a career in Talent Management or progress into a client-facing role in the future - the choice is yours

**What experience is required?**

Ideally you’re currently in an account management role, or have a background in customer services. Technical knowledge is not essential, but a passion for the tech and digital space is advantageous. Most importantly, you’re a team player who wants to have a fun and rewarding career. This opportunity will allow you to expand your network and build relationships with talented professionals in the technology and digital industry.
