**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience as a Production Manager and wants to join a successful, fun, family values. based business. Six direct reports. Challenging and rewarding role with the management team - reporting into the Directors.

**Duties**:

- Lead/direct/coordinate factory team
- Deliver financial and operational KPI’s for factory
- Manage productivity efficiencies and improvements
- Oversee, plan and project manage scheduling
- Maximise production strategies, profitability & sustainability

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of production leadership within lean manufacturing environment
- Cross functional, collaborative, relationship building skills
- Experience in high pressured environment
- Can mentor with a calm sense of resilience
- Strong + savvy communicator across various stakeholders
- Confident with technology and related software
- Able to prioritise and lead from the front with a good sense of humour
