About the role

We are looking for an SEM Manager to join OMD's specialist business unit - Resolution Media. You will be responsible for developing the overall SEM strategy for clients and helping to manage the overall quality and effectiveness of the SEM offering across the agency.

From an SEM strategy point of view, this means developing the initial strategy, reviewing and providing quarterly updates to key clients, and ensuring that all SEM activity adheres to and supports the strategy. From an overall quality and effectiveness point of view, this means helping the Search Director provide best-in-class productivity across all aspects of SEM including analytics.

This will be bought to life by supporting more junior team members whose responsibilities include developing, implementing, managing, analysing and optimising successful and outstanding paid search campaigns. You will proactively develop your own knowledge base and keep up to date with industry developments to ensure our product is best in class and ensure that the team also is up to date with their knowledge.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the Search Director in leading client services for Resolution. You will need to immerse yourself in the clients' business to develop an in-depth understanding of business goals, marketing objectives and be conversant and knowledgeable in setting aligned digital goals.
- Provide paid search strategy development and support to all SEM team members and, together with the Search Director, develop their strategic capabilities.
- Support the Search Director with developing new business as well as focus on maximizing profitability from existing clients. This means identifying opportunities and implementing a cross sell strategy and business development pipeline.
- Support the Search Director to ensure that healthy, successful relationships are in place with internal and external parties. This will be built on clear process, communication and positivity so that Resolution is seen as the best search agency to work with.
- Assist in raising Resolution Media's profile both externally and internally, as well as exhibit the OMD values.
