**Purpose of Role**:
As a Product Sales Manager, your mission will be to establish and develop product and service sales, ultimately increasing our organisation's market position. You'll build positive, long-term relationships with customers, supporting them in decision-making processes and identifying opportunities for our technical team to provide innovative engineering solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively manage new and existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business and generate new opportunities.
- Set sales objectives, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the operations team to understand and respond to market needs.
- Participate in company product and services strategy development to achieve growth targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries, tenders, and requests for information promptly and effectively.
- Provide product training and support for internal and external customers.
- Keep management informed through detailed activity and results reports.
- Monitor competition and resolve customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating and implementing sales plans, meeting sales goals, and analysing sales data.
- Proficiency in tendering, management, leadership, and budgeting.
- Hold and maintain a current NZ driver's license.
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager with a proven track record of positive sales performance.
