Lumino City Dental Tauranga is on the hunt for a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.

The days/hours are as follows:

- Monday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Tuesday 7.45am - 5.15pm
- Wednesday 7.45am - 5.15pm
- Thursday 8.00am - 6.00pm
- Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Reception**:You will be reception based and have reception duties
- ** Team Leadership**: Guide and mentor our team with clarity and positivity, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
- ** Operational Management**:Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, management, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.
- ** Patient-Centric Care**: Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to maintain our practice's reputation for excellence.
- ** Financial Oversight**:Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently, maintaining the practice's financial health.
- ** Strategic Collaboration**:Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.

**Qualifications**
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in a Team Leader, Manager, Sales or Budget Tracking position (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
