We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.

**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

We have a permanent part-time opportunity for a Dental/Oral Health Therapist to join our team asap. This position is based in the Western Bay of Plenty area and works a total of 24 hours per week. The days of work will be Monday to Wednesday each week.

The position is suitable for Dental/Oral Health Therapist with a minimum of 12 months post graduate experience and with a valid Dental Council NZ Registration.

To be successful in this position, you will be required to work as part of a team.

Our patient group in the Western Bay is 0 to 13 years of age.

- A current registration with Dental Council New Zealand and a Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- An understanding and commitment to culturally safe practices
