**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager on a fixed term basis (until November '23) because of a maternity cover. There might be opportunities for you to stay with us afterwards. You will be based in our NZ headquarters in Auckland, where we have a hybrid work policy in place (3 days WFO / 2 days WFH).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the vision and marketing plan for JDE's Out of Home segment, focusing on our partners which offer our coffee and tea brands to customers on the go (hotels, BARECA, convenience stores etc.). These are a few of our cherished brands that you will work with: Moccona, L’OR, JED’s, Hummingbird, Gravity, Burton’s, Bell Tea, Ti’ora and Pickwick.

Our current Brade Manager & Trade Marketing Manager Julie has been in the role for 5 years and has been able to work on many great projects such as the rescoping of our Gravity brand, cooperating with our retail side to see how we can make the most of our NPDs (new product developments), simplifying the business by critically looking at our brand range, and presenting our efforts to the global leadership team of JDE.

In this role, you will:

- Take ownership for all our marketing efforts in the Out of Home segment and drive its success
- Support the OOH Sales Team with their trade marketing requests to enable them to increase their sales revenue
- Be responsible for the marketing budget in the Out of Home segment (+/- $600k annually)
- Drive projects such as new products developments, rationalisation and simplification in the business
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and many other internal and external stakeholders

For this role as a Trade Marketing Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You can work autonomously and you’re able to manage projects from start to finish
- You’re able to prioritise: you can juggle many different requests and projects at once
- You’re robust and able to stand your grounds
- You enjoy supporting our sales team, e.g., with their trade marketing requests
- Ideally, you have experience with managing NPD projects and (trade) marketing experience
- You have experience in sales or experience working very closely together with sales
