We are seeking a proactive **Trade Marketing Officer** on part-time basis to work on a 20 hour per week based in Wiri, Auckland to support the Trade Marketing functions of the business.

Tasman Liquor Company (TLC) is national wholesaler operating from sites in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, servicing the retail and hospitality sectors. TLC also operates a number of liquor retail marketing groups, which has over 360 member stores around NZ. We are part of a listed Australian business, Metcash Ltd, which is one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading wholesale and retail marketing groups, operating across food, liquor and hardware, all of which are strong recession resistant categories.

**What you’ll do**
- Coordination of Trade Marketing material including Catalogues, Coloured Flyers, Smartmails and checking of Marketing Material
- Managing our Web Portal with ongoing coordination of the maintenance of material displayed on the portal
- Coordination with special projects as assigned including preparation for Trade Expos and developing effective communication vehicles for Customer interfaces (e.g. Sales Force Marketing Cloud)
- Maintenance of internal requirements including Customer Database, Trade Marketing Coop records, Annual Trade Marketing Plan template (which includes managing the individual Supplier Marketing Plans in accordance with available slots) and coordination with External Parties (Suppliers, Designers and Printers).
