**About the Role**

As an intern with the Sales and Growth team at HitPay, you’ll get to learn and gain hands-on experience in go-to-market sales strategies with a fast-growing startup.

The internship is a 3-month program, with the potential to extend for an additional 3 months and potentially join the team at the end of 6 months.

Throughout the program, you’ll be assigned to a HitPay sales and growth mentor to help you track your progress and provide proactive feedback. If you are responsible and self-motivated, we would love to have you on the team.

**What you can look forward to**:

- Understand the outbound and inbound sales process of a multinational tech startup
- Get hands-on experience pitching HitPay’s products to customers in your assigned market, with 1-on-1 feedback from your assigned mentor
- Learn how to track leads and build your own leads list
- Learn how to measure and track key go-to-market startup metrics

**Program structure**:
Week 1 - 2
Understand HitPay’s product offering and shadow HitPay sales team members
Outbound Sales (Hands-on experience)
Week 2 - 4
Review and Feedback with CEO and assigned mentor
Week 5
Outbound Sales (Hands-on experience)
Week 5 - 8
How to track and measure outbound sales metrics and retention in a B2B software company
Week 9
Outbound Sales (Hands-on experience)
Week 9 - 12
Review and Feedback with CEO and assigned mentor

**Minimum Intern Requirements**
- Final-year student
- Available for at least 3 months
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong interest in fintech, and learning about go-to-market strategy and sales
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment
