The Cardiology Service, as part of Medical Services, is seeking to employ an experienced administrator to provide efficient and efficient clerical and administrative support to the Service. You will work as part of the MidCentral Cardiology Service team, based at Palmerston North Hospital, and provide secretarial and administrative support for the Community based cardiology clinics.
The successful applicant will need to be customer focused with excellent communication and secretarial administrative skills including:
- Advanced word processing and working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Basic database maintenance and ability
- Dictaphone, copy and touch typing skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with data entry
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
This will be a full time position, working 40 hours a week.
