**About the role**:
In this Health Care Assistant (HCA) role, you'll thrive in a supportive and encouraging environment where you can enhance your skills and learn a wide range of clinical and non-clinical tasks. You'll enjoy a variety of work and collaborate with other health professionals in a positive and motivating atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on meeting the overall needs of the service. You'll play a crucial part in improving the environment and the care provided to our patients.

**In this Health Care Assistant (HCA) role, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting our nurses and other members of the healthcare team
- Supervising and assisting with patient movement as needed
- Providing patient care as required
- Measuring and recording patient weights and heights
- Taking vital signs with appropriate training
- Managing stock reconciliation
- Cleaning and tidying clinical areas
- Assisting with clinic preparation
- Helping with filing and paperwork as needed
- Covering front reception when required
