We are a one stop IT solution Company based in South Auckland
We do commissioning and decommissioning of IT equipment. Sales & service of IT & hand held devices including Mobile phones.

This is an exciting full-time position. We are looking for a experienced Support person to work as IT & Mobile Phone Support Specialist.

You must have worked in Support & Troubleshooting of IPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Android and Microsoft Phones also have done commissioning, We are looking for someone with component level repair experience who can assemble and disassemble phones, Tablets, POS systems and Laptops.

Software installation and servicing of IT Equipments i.e computers, printers mobile phones and hand held devices, Point of sale systems and backup solutions for businesses or home clients.
Our customers range from small to medium companies, home users and Educational Institutions.

The Successful applicant will be comfortable working with hardware including repair work on PCs, laptops, Printers and Point of Sale Systems. You must have experience configuring the eftpos systems.
You will be providing Customer Support, Service and troubleshooting, repairing PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Cell Phones, including iPhone / iPad and Android powered Mobile phones and Tablets. You have to interact with our clients and give them advise on It related matters

As a It Support Specialist you should have a Degree or Level 6 IT qualification.
MCSE, Windows Server, Windows 7 & 10 certifications, CISCO, A+, and Network+ would be an advantage.
Experience in AWS, Small Business Server, Windows Server, IOS and Apple products.
A passion for helping clients get the most out of their technology, utilizing your customer service skills in the process.
An interest in the IT, including home entertainment and communications.
Preferably you can drive a car and can work on your own
A demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
