**Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role**
As a Recruitment Advisor you will be part of the People Operations Directorate which consists of customer-centric teams focused on delivering high quality services across the employee and volunteer lifecycle. You will liaise directly with hiring managers, and provide best practice advice as well as always looking at ways to continually improve process and systems across recruitment, payroll, data intelligence and analytics
**Ko tāu nā ki tēnei tūranga - What you’ll bring to the role**
As an experienced Recruitment Advisor, you will be looking for a role that enables you to seek out and solve problems as well as find practical solutions for recruitment processes. You will build rapport quickly and become a trusted advisor to your stakeholders. Additionally, you will have a genuine interest in people and in providing exceptional service.
Your ability to deliver a robust recruitment process which finds us the best talent, whilst managing competing priorities will be key to your success.
**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:
- Previous high volume recruitment experience ideally in an in-house function, sourcing, and selection experience.
- A demonstrated high service ethos; responding efficiently to customer needs.
- Commitment to quality service and improvement.
- Excellent relationship skills (developing and maintaining relationships that deliver good outcomes for the organisation).
- A flexible approach and responsiveness to new ideas and activities, demonstrated by willingness to take on new challenges, roles, and responsibilities.
