**About the company**:
PERSOLKELLY has partnered with one of New Zealand's major national providers of technology to look for a Field Engineer. The company develops hardware, software, and related business services with a commitment to include diversity, equity, and inclusion.

**About the role**:
They are looking for an ambitious, self-starter who can work collaboratively as well as independently. As a Field Engineer, you are out and about troubleshooting, managing, diagnosing and resolving ICT requirements within SLA timeframes. You will be responsible for supporting ICT environments from implementation to support.

**Some responsibilities will include**:

- Work on all client products and solutions
- Carry out timely maintenance, repair and field modifications on equipment and customer satisfaction
- Carry out site audits of client premises
- Assist with run-up and configuration of equipment and solutions in the Workshop when required.
- Training clients in the use of Equipment including software and drivers
- Carry out installations of print equipment on to client networks

**About you**:

- You have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent technical and customer service skills with a high level of initiative and ability to communicate and to manage tasks with autonomy.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Be able to communicate with all levels - internally and with clients
- Be a creative, problem solver who shows initiative and is proactive
- Office 365, Azure, Apple, Google, AWS, Networking
