**About the role**

As a C&I Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our C&I Large Business value customers by providing exceptional customer service, account management, and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities;
- Assist Sales Representatives with acquiring new C&I Large Business customers for gas and electricity.
- Support the re-contracting implementation by assisting our sales team with pricing.
- Ensure accurate setup of customer contracts in relevant systems for billing purposes.
- Provide customer support and assist with credit control issues for key commercial and industrial customers.

**About you**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Experience in billing and contract administration would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
