**Store Manager | Mt Albert**

**The Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader to take over the Store Manager position at our West Liquor Mt Albert Wine Shop. Which is situated in Pak N Save Mt Albert. You will be teamed up with a highly engaged team of sales professionals and Duty Mangers and a supportive General Manager Retail to help you succeed in the role.

To be successful in this role a current General Managers certificate and LCQ certification is essential. Also strong leadership skills to manage the success of the store and team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- You will be part of the wider Retail Manager team looking after all aspects of retail store operation
- Handling all issues pertaining to the recruitment, development, coaching and mentoring of your team and driving sales, marketing and promotional initiatives
- Responsible for all aspects of stock management, including large-scale stocktakes, ordering and reporting procedures
- Deliver innovative merchandise display and store presentation while adhering to health & safety requirements.

- Has experience leading a team and running a store
- A retail professional who is highly sales driven and logístically minded
- Commercially savvy with proven track record in exceling all business KPIs
- Have vested interest in team development with demonstrated success in leading a high performing team
