**About the Role**

As part of the Corporate Affairs team, you will play a key role in supporting our teams with contract management and operational legal advice. You’ll help structure internal practices, implement tailored legal tools, and promote a strong legal culture across the company.

**What You’ll Do**

- Review, draft, and manage a variety of contracts (customer agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements).

- Provide practical legal advice to internal teams on commercial law, compliance, and risk management.

- Collaborate with external legal experts for complex matters.

- Develop templates, processes, and tools to improve legal efficiency.

- Raise legal awareness through training or workshops.

- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with NZ regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**

- **Education**: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

- **Experience**: Previous experience through internships or clerkships

- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of contract and commercial law
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and pragmatically
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and organised
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
