**The Team**

Based in our state-of-the-art Dunedin hub you will be joining the exciting and ever-changing world of export sales. You will be part of a hardworking and supportive team that love what they do.

**About the role**

Be accountable for supporting the export sales team and our North American markets by providing administrative support, shipping updates, drafting sales contracts and assisting with CRM data entry. You will be working closely with various teams including logistics where you will have the opportunity to assist with communication around production and shipping changes that could impact our valued customers.

Your responsibilities would include;
- Sales support and coordination
- Customer Service and reporting
- Oversee logistics

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Experience gained working in a fast paced and cross functional environment
- Previous sales, logistics, inventory, or business administration preferred
- High attention to detail with exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work in a timely manner
- Experience in liaising with internal/external providers
- Commercial acumen with outstanding communication
