Do you have Compliance experience, and are you seeking a new job in New Zealand? Apex Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer in Auckland.

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will coordinate and report on incidents, breaches, and complaints. You will help develop and implement solutions with the business to improve our clients' service quality. You'll also provide compliance reporting to clients and coordinate internal audits and AML reporting.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- Be a trusted adviser and support the company's Asia Pacific Region Compliance function covering countries such as New Zealand, Australia and others, as appropriate
- Day-to-day compliance reporting, including internal monthly and weekly compliance reporting, regulatory filings, and other projects
- Advise on compliance issues relating to AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS etc and other compliance-related requirements, AML due diligence, PEP and sanction checks on client and investor files concerning regulatory requirements in New Zealand
- Work with Compliance leadership locally and the APAC Compliance team on suspicious activity, reporting to regulatory authorities and other matters as appropriate.
