Hamilton, New Zealand Tyler Wren Full time

Hybrid role
- Career development to become a financial adviser
- Market related remuneration and benefits

Our client is a kiwi organisation with a track record of supporting their clients' insurance risk and KiwiSaver needs. With a rich history and well-recognised brand in New Zealand offering financial advisory services, our client is committed to developing the next generation of Advisers to future-proof their services.

This role best suits an energetic relationship builder who is well-socialised and networked, able to integrate into a student community successfully. To be successful in this role, you need to have a recent and good understanding of student life, the best ways to network and the confidence to attend and speak at informal and formal events across the various student clubs.

This role is a precursor to building a career as a financial adviser once you have become an expert by focusing on the student market segment, which will then give you the professional development to advise on personal risk insurance products and KiwiSaver as you build up to more senior advisory opportunities in the organisation.

You will report to a supportive manager who is committed to mentoring you in this role whilst working alongside you whilst you develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base of the organisation.

The organisation embraces a hybrid approach to work and flexibility. Remuneration rewards are commensurate with what you bring to this fun and challenging opportunity. Excellent company culture and benefits with a focused development plan for your future advisory career.

If this role sounds like it could be your next move and you want to join a growing and hybrid team, please
