**About the position**

Contribute to the Company and Marketing Strategy ensuring seamless integration to all events and sponsorships. Be accountable for your commitment to ensure Silver Fern Farms core brand architecture and values are at the heart of all company events, sponsorships and partnerships. Understand how the Corporate and Brand Strategy should be communicated in the different messages to the different stakeholders.

The position is varied and you will have the opportunity to with our Senior Event Managers and the Brand Experience Manager to activate success across multiple stakeholders and departments. Work closely with internal and external groups and organisations to ensure the success of all brand initiatives.

The key tasks would be:

- Manage various administrative and logistics tasks including the event calendar
- Research and assess various components required to meet applicable event objectives
- Manage financial aspects of allocated tasks, vendor management, and invoicing
- Champion delegated event tasks, event databases, surveys and reports
- Support and coordination across event management
- Hands on help to set-up / deliver / pack-down for events

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Tertiary education (Event Management or Marketing preferred)
- Full & clean driver’s licence
- Proven computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft programs & EventsAir desirable
- Able to build solid rapport with various stakeholders, and have sound relationship skills
- Have a clear written communication style to ensure we accurately create the event and sponsorship brief, reports and support collateral
