Valid certification as a TTM, TMO or STMS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in traffic control and **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY**(desirable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at intersections, construction sites, and special events to ensure the safe and orderly flow of traffic.
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades according to established safety protocols.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and fellow team members to coordinate traffic movements and address concerns.
- Monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting traffic control measures as needed to minimize congestion and maintain safety.
- Responding to emergencies and incidents on the roadway by implementing appropriate traffic control procedures.
- Completing required paperwork and documentation related to traffic control activities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a TTM, TMO or STMS or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience in traffic control or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Basic understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and solution focused.
- Willing to work long hours, early starts or late nights - Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
