**Role Overview**:
We are looking for skilled **TTM /** **STMS** to join our growing team. In these key roles, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient setup and management of traffic management plans (TMPs) on a variety of project sites. You will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining safety for all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management (TTM) equipment as per traffic management plans (TMPs)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times on site
- Manage traffic flow around work sites, minimizing disruption while ensuring the safety of workers, road users, and the public
- Assist with the development and implementation of traffic management plans
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure traffic management needs are met
- As an STMS, supervise and coordinate traffic management teams, ensuring all operations are compliant with legal and safety standards
- Conduct regular checks and risk assessments on traffic management setups
- Train and mentor TTM staff as required
- Ensure clear, concise communication with all stakeholders to address any issues or changes during operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- NZQF Level 1 qualification, or compulsory secondary education
- Strong understanding of New Zealand's road safety regulations and TMP standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong focus on health and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, when required
- Valid driver’s license
