In December 2021, less than a year after being founded, Non-Fungible Labs “FLUF World” project was named as one of the top 10 NFT projects of 2021 by CoinTelegraph, and in a recent Forbes article was put head to head against Facebook/Meta in the fight for an open and inclusive metaverse.

FLUF World exists on an underlying digital infrastructure, powered by innovative brands in the blockchain, NFT, gaming, media and sustainability spaces. Having just recently announced partnerships with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Wētā Workshop, we are entering a second phase of growth as we continue to cement our position as industry leaders in NFTs and the metaverse.

We are looking for a creative, organised and highly skilled Social Media Graphic Producer to join our MarComms team and take charge of producing and managing our social media graphics and assets for web and print for the Marketing and the Creative teams. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will scope out projects and resources whilst adhering to project briefs and deadlines. You’ll thrive in the fast-paced environment and relish in the variety and creativity of producing beautiful and engaging graphics and assets for our social media.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Producing beautiful and engaging digital assets
- Maintaining social media assets in Figam, Confluence and Google Drive, keeping all drives clean and updated with all our workable assets produced
- Assisting the Product Design Manager in managing the art generation across an international team of artists
- Planning and scoping deliverables with the Marketing team in line with project briefs
- Managing team members and Digital Production tickets as they come through Jira

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in a graphic design role
- Full understanding of Adobe Suite and Figma
- Strong organisational skills
- Proven experience running a team of Graphic Designers
- An overall interest in crypto and gaming
