**About the Role**
As a **Sales Support Associate**, you’ll ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. This role is diverse, with no two days the same. Your mission is to support the Sales Director and the team, contributing to operational excellence and driving revenue performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Efficiency**
- Assign inbound customer tickets and leads.
- Update daily sales reporting.
- Review and process submitted sales quotes.
- Manage the lead assignment process.
- Handle various sales administrative tasks as needed.

**Team and Execution Support**
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide reliable operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Assist the Sales Director with ad-hoc CRM and Salesforce reporting.
- Support reporting tasks to track performance and provide actionable insights.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Seamless support for the Sales Director and sales team to achieve subscription and revenue goals.
- Timely and accurate completion of tasks, contributing to a smooth-running operation.
- Continuous improvement in sales processes, making life easier for both the sales team and customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: A background in a similar role, ideally within SaaS or operational support, or a related Commerce/IT qualification.
- ** Tech-Savviness**: Comfortable using tools like Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
- ** Detail-Oriented**: High accuracy and data integrity in your work.
- ** Organized**: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- ** Problem-Solver**: A proactive mindset to identify challenges and contribute to solutions.
- ** Effective Communicator**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
