Sales and Operational Support Lead Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions

Wells is a leading national field service provider in New Zealand. Our staff and technology solutions enable us to provide great field solutions to large commercials clients through to residential households. We are continuously striving to modernise, renew and improve the way we operate while remaining true to our core values and purpose.

This new role within our team is focused on the successful delivery of our Electric Vehicle Charging installation service. This position will play a key role as we try to grow our market share in the Electric Vehicle Charging solutions place. In this role you will be looking to implement a new sales and operating model for the national delivery and installation of Electric Vehicle Chargers. This role will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service, quoting, and invoicing, coordinating work with our field teams and being a focal point for our product range.

This role will suit someone who is driven, can multitask across multiple disciplines, and has great communication skills. Due to the breadth of the role, you will develop fast and if we can make our solution successful then there is the opportunity for this role to develop into a leadership role.

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Experience in Customer Service, Operational Support and Sales roles
- Great communication skills to engage with a diverse group of people from customers, field staff through to Senior Managers
- You will have a strong track record of using continuous Improvement techniques to implement improvement opportunities
- You will have a proven ability to analyse, document and communicate the extent of opportunities, potential solutions, and opportunities in an operating/services environment.
- You will be a quick learner, an agile and critical thinker
- You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Turning the Electric Vehicle Installation Leads into Sales
- Providing Great Customers Service
- Coordinating the successful install in the field
- Managing the Sales Pipeline
- Implementing a new sales and operating model for the national delivery and installation of Electric Vehicle Chargers
- Stakeholder Management
