**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Manager **to join our onsite team at **Ormiston Town Centre **in Auckland.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in growing the capital value of the asset.

**The value you’ll add**
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
- Lead the marketing of the centre through the execution of research, marketing, financial, administration and public relations
- Build a positive brand profile for the Centre
- Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, media and stakeholders
- Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes
- Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting
- Assist with strategic planning for the asset

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualified, ideally with a marketing background
- 5+ years’ successful marketing experience
- Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based platforms
- Proficient in E-Direct marketing including Mail Chimp or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google My Business
- Proficiency in Social Media including Facebook and Instagram
- Proficient with photoshop software would be an advantage
