**Job Description**:
This role provides you with the opportunity to showcase your analytical, reporting and relationship management skills and experience to make a real difference in our business. This is a newly created role to help us enhance our HR and H&S reporting and to support the business to make robust, data-driven decisions. While data analysis and modelling is crucial to this role, just as important is the ability to work across the People, Safety and Sustainability (PSS) team, to provide insights and understand and deliver on current and future reporting requirements.
**Qualifications**:
You will have a proven track record of being a trusted Analyst who can successfully work with others who have varying comfort levels with data, to deliver high quality, value-add analysis, insights and reports which are tailored for different audience and business needs. Along with exceptional communication skills, you will have a real passion for numbers and Excel and enjoy dealing with complexity and solving problems. Ideally you will have some experience with HR and/or payroll systems and will be as interested about how you can best present insights and reports for different audiences, as you are about ‘deep diving’ into the data itself.
