**The Role**:
In this job you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in Retail Operations and leading the team, also including but not limited to:

- Inspiring, developing and training the team to drive sales targets
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is being provided and leading by example
- Visual Merchandising, Stock Control, Performance Management, Rostering and Admin
- Being a strong and genuine salesperson who enjoys building relationships with customers
- Aligning with the brand's values - environmental responsibility, kindness and quality

**About You**:

- At least 1 year of leadership experience, bonus points if it's in a similar retail environment
- An enthusiastic, bubbly, mature and confident personality
- A love for fashion, accessories and styling
- Hold a high standard of personal appearance and presentation.
- A genuine approach to building rapport and representing the brand to build your clientele
