Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee the operational aspects of the business, from recruitment and training to managing purchasing and yields. With a focus on ensuring profitability and efficiency, without compromising service quality standards, this role will present a challenge for a dynamic hospitality professional.

You will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a quality licensed bar and restaurant environment. You will be proficient in your food and beverage skills, have sound beer, wine and spirit knowledge and a keen interest business operations. Preferably you will already hold your LCQ and managers certificate, alternatively you will have the ability to obtain them.
