We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for quality and patient safety to join our team in the Adult Emergency Department and Clinical Decision Unit.This is a Part-time 0.5 FTE Nurse Consultant Role

As a Nurse Consultant in this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team to enhance the quality, safety, equity, and overall experience for our patients. Your clinical expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and strong leadership skills will drive the implementation of innovative best practices. Being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and having proficiency with Microsoft Office and other IT systems are must-haves. You’ll need to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing circumstances to succeed in this position.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

Key requirements:

- Current APC
- 5+ years acute nursing experience
- Level 4 or Senior RN
- Ideally have started postgraduate study and working towards a Masters in Nursing
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to acquire new skills quickly
