**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Significant recent acute nursing experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Quality and safety experience desirable, interest essential
- Innovative mindset, comfortable and able to network with many different stakeholders within the hospital
- Post graduate qualifications, preferably to master’s level are preferred
- You will have a good understanding of Patient Deterioration Programmes
- You will be competent in the use of IT systems, e.g. Microsoft Excel and various local databases
- Current NZ Nursing Council registration and APC
