Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an energized superstar to join our team at Flight Plastics. You will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day care of our customers.
You will need to be flexible and work well under pressure. You will manage the daily interactions with our customers and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner, support the Sales Team with reporting and feedback, and be responsible for sales administration tasks including the processing of sales orders and some direct marketing client activity as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer/sales support role
- Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP or similar software systems
- Strong communication skills
