**About the role**

We are looking for an all-star Digital, Social and Content Marketing Co-Ordinator to join the New World team. You will support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing customer focused marketing and communication initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty with New World through Digital, Social including Local Area Marketing and owned channels.

The role is New World brand focused and will work in close collaboration with members of the New World Marketing team, Regional North Island and South Island stakeholders, external partners, category teams, IT, Digital Experience and Personalisation, Loyalty & CLM, Social, to effectively help with the delivery of rich, well structured, digital customer communications for campaigns

**About you**

In this role you will:

- Support the development and implementation of digital campaigns and content that support New World’s National integrated promotional programme
- Lead and drive the Local Area Marketing programme with the regions to build on the success seen to date
- Support with planning and content creation for the weekly Clubcard eDM, social media, website and owned channels, SEO and PPC campaigns
- Assist with the development and deployment of connected, relevant experiences / communications for our customers which maximise customer engagement, drive loyalty and a competitive advantage for our brand.
- Support with financial management and planning
- Work closely with our social media agency to ensure all activity is planned as far ahead as possible and content is created and delivered on time
