As Advertising and Promotions Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the proactive planning and review of key advertised promotional lines that work across Four Square, New World and PAK’nSAVE.

**About the role**

Part of the Merchandise Operations team, you’ll provide clear and accurate information to assist in the decision-making process, ensuring we have an appropriate and compelling promotional offer for our customers.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Collate promotional performance information for relevant categories, summarising and distributing results for key stakeholders
- Understand and summarise competitor promotional activity
- Proof advertised promotions ensuring all is accurate
- Provide various reports related to promotional activity including price, promotional effectiveness, etc.

**About you**

You may have an understanding of how the promotional cycle works or may have had exposure to a marketing or an analytics-based role or you’ll be a sharp engaging graduate looking to launch your career. You’ll have great attention to detail, will love the numbers and, as an awesome communicator, will be comfortable negotiating mutually beneficial business outcomes. You’ll have lots of drive and initiative as well as the ability to coordinate different team members to deliver the relevant information on time every week.
