We wanted to bring the highest quality dining experience in a vibrant environment to Christchurch and we think we’ve done a pretty good job. Our approach to everything we do is centered around our customers from the moment they walk through the doors. Our specialty is our meat, but it doesn’t stop there. **The Role**
We're getting busier, and as such need some more help in the kitchen This role is ideal for a passionate, hard working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in the kitchen.
Your main responsibilities include:

- Making each dish according to recipe, following the recipe to 100%
- Setting kitchen up for busy periods
- Assisting the head chef as required
- Ensuring stock is rotated to minimise wastage and kept and correct temperatures
- Ensuring prep and ordering lists are always being completed each day
- Ensure the Kitchen is always kept clean and to a high standard
- Ensure all prepared food is labelled, dated and stored correctly to avoid cross contamination and minimise wastage

**Skills / Experience**
You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment, so great communication skills will give you instant bonus points. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to step up in their cooking career whilst working alongside an awesome team
