**Prime responsibility**:
To work with our Insurer partners to provide personal lines insurance solutions & assistance to both our internal & external customers including administration, technical support and business development through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation.

**In this role, you will be responsible for the duties**:
**Account Administration Support;**
- Providing outstanding customer service to both our internal & external customers.
- Servicing of small client accounts with assistance as required from senior members of the branch team.
- Support outstanding working relationships with insurers.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Comply fully with the Company's errors and omissions avoidance policy.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**Skills & Experience;**
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- A flexible, self-motivated, adaptive and responsive approach.
- Ability to work proactively and independently both as an individual & as part of a large team. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Minimum of 4 years Personal Lines experience in the insurance industry.
- Work towards professional qualifications.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Level 5 NZ certificate of Financial Services.
- Associate membership of ANZIIF and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).
- Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) status.
