**About the role**

We are looking for an exceptional Centre Assistant to provide administrative support to the Account and Operations Manager. On the day of events, Centre Assistant helps set up and tear down decorations, monitor the delivery of supplies, and ensure operations run smoothly. The role will also welcome guests and greet people who visit the business centre and oversee the café operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conference and meeting room setups
- Assist with set up and tear down of events
- Ensuring that the customer experience is exceptional throughout the business
- Providing first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Answering telephones, booking meetings, ordering office supplies, sending packages and all other general office duties
- Identifying marketing opportunities and up-selling / cross-selling
- Ensuring that daily service charges are captured onto the POS.
- Daily running of the office café and bar

About you

Ideally you will have the following attributes:

- Barista & hospitality experience
- Hands-on experience with setting up events and meetings
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Solid organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
