**About the role**:
Based in our busy office in Wellington, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre team, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls with expertise and care. Whether our customers reach out via phone or our online services, you will be the friendly voice they need to assist with their queries and provide solutions.
