**What you'll be doing**: He aha tāu e mahi anaWe are seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team and deliver on NZTE's information security strategy. You will be the expert in configuring and maintaining all things cloud including Microsoft Enterprise cloud skills (Azure, Intune, Security etc). You will be comfortable completing and maintaining roadmaps for current and future technologies and be able to conduct risk management activities, assessing infrastructure weaknesses and designing and implementing appropriate solutions.
This role has an element of afterhours support on a rostered on-call basis.

**What you'll need to be successful**: Ko ngā mea ka hiahia e koe kia angitu te haereWe are seeking someone who is hungry to learn and strive to solve problems both independently and collaboratively with other members of the Digital Operations team. You will enjoy developing strong stakeholder relationships and be passionate about new and emerging technologies. Along with this you will have:

- Proven experience in information security
- Experience with common cloud platforms, container-based technologies and automation
- Experience with applicable regulatory and industry compliance requirements
- Experience with Endpoint AV, SIEM, WAFs, Firewalls and NDR platforms
