- Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people while also keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? This varied role offers you the perfect opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in the Hearing Care industry.-
- Clinic operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
- Diary management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
- Data management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
- Technical skills: Perform in-house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.
- Community engagement: Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our services.

** About you**:

- You have a genuine desire to help people, offering exceptional service and care to every client.
- You’re comfortable communicating with the general public, handling walk-ins with confidence while being able to prioritise tasks as they arise.
- You are eager to develop your knowledge in Audiology, with the potential to train as a Tele Assistant.
- You are confident in working autonomously and thrive in a team environment, adapting easily to different clinic settings and team dynamics.
