**ICT Sales Technicians Wanted**

**About the Role**:

- **Position**: ICT Technician
- **Employment Type**: Full-time (Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed)
- **Hourly Rate**: $30 to $33 per hour
- **Location: Tauranga**:

- **Requirement : 3 Positions**

Main job responsibilities include:

- Repairing mobile phones, iPads, tablets; and resolving both software and hardware issues
- Sales of accessories and screen protector installations (Upselling)
- Providing efficient customer service including troubleshooting and identifying requirements providing a thorough explanation of the services that meet their requirements and recommending products that suit their needs
- Installing software updates and diagnosing software issues
- Preparing and placing new orders for accessories and repair parts as and when required
- Managing customer complaints
- Keeping the premises safe and secure at all times
- Preparing sales report at the end of each workday
- Diploma at Level 5 or above in Electronics and Tele Communication is required.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience may substitute the qualification requirement for this role
- 1 Year of relevant NZ experience working as a Mobile Repair Technician is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to work on a flexible roster including public holidays and weekends
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
