We're looking for a
**Contracts Supervisor **to join our busy
**Hastings Hospital** team. You will be well supported, trained, and busy in this role.

Supporting and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to have a strong customer focus, an eye for detail, excellent leadership skills and be able to use your initiative.
- Recruiting potential staff
- Your role is to supervise, train and manage the day-to-day frontline staff and tasks, ensuring client expectation is met and surpassed every time.
- Liaising with clients and ensuring a first-class service
- Supervising cleaning staff
- Covering when cleaning staff are absent
- QAs, learn payroll, toolbox delivery
- This role will include trauma and bio cleans at sensitive sites; your professional approach will be put to very good use.
- You will still be able to utilise your excellent cleaning skills with hands on cleaning

**Please note: This is a physical, hands-on role, you will be cleaning amongst other duties.**

You will need to be flexible in the hours you can work Monday - Friday
- You will need to be confident in using various computer programs including Microsoft office suites.
- Ministry of Justice clearance is required.

What we offer:

- 40 Hours per week - Monday - Friday - full time with flexibility
- Excellent Hourly rate
- Phone supplied.
